Purr-Fect excuse for a family day out and a Cultural Passport stamp

Isabel Hicks | Dec 2018

Tabby McTat is a cat with the loudest of meee-ews and a best friend with a guitar. Together they sing their favourite songs delighting the crowds, until one day Fred disappears. Separated and alone, Tabby finds shelter and a new life with all the home comforts that any cat could dream of. However, memories of his life with Fred haunt him, and he sets off to search the streets for his long-lost friend……….

Interwoven with original songs, Tabby McTat is the heart-warming tale, adapted from the book by Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler, brought to the stage at The Stables this Christmas.

Shows run daily (except for Christmas Day) from 17th – 30th December and prices start from just £13 per child.

The Stables is one of 17 cultural venues and libraries participating in Pedalling Culture’s Cultural Passport campaign. To complete the Cultural Passport challenge, participants simply need to visit and explore FOUR of these venues,* between 1st December and Sunday 6th January 2019, receiving a stamp in their passports at each site.

All completed passports will be entered into a prize draw to win some fantastic prizes, including a £100 intu Gift Card.
